摘要:

高脚竞速,自第七届全国少数民族传统体育运动会列为竞赛项目以来,以观赏性和竞技性强,受到了社会各界的广泛关注。如何提高高脚竞速成绩,是取得理想比赛结果的基础。本文结合笔者的教学经验,简要介绍了影响高脚竞速运动成绩的因素:运动学、动力学、生物学等;并提出提高成绩的建议。
