Through the literatures, this paper studies the current situation which is the quantity of Chinese adolescent football players registered is decreasing, and further analyzes the decreasing reasons from the economic perspective. It puts forward the feasible proposals that increase the number of Chinese adolescent football player, so that enhance the football population and provide more reserve talents for the professional football league in China to improve the overall level of Chinese football.
