Since the implantation of curriculum reform, qualitative changes have occurred in primary and secondary school teaching. Autonomy, cooperation, exploration in learning process helps to improve the overall qualification of students. But the lagging of curriculum evaluation influences the implantation of curriculum reform greatly. This article makes regional investigations on ＂Short Plank Effect＂ in curriculum evaluation.
