摘要:

游泳选修课作为目前高校开设的诸多选修课中受大学生欢迎的课程之一,本文结合我校选修课的现状和教学实践,主要从调整教学过程,优选教学内容,改革教学方法等方面做一些探讨。

Abstract:

The optional course of swimming is one of the best popular elective courses provided in colleges.According to the teaching practice in our college,this article probes into the adjusting of teaching process,the choosing of teaching content and the reforming of the teaching methods of the course.
