Emplying the methods of literature analysis,mathematical statistics and questionaire,this paper nubes an investigation on the present situation of the sports activities after class of the students in Xichang college,analyzes their motivations,sports events,participation situation and means of participation,and then points out the existing problems.As a conclusion,it proposes remedial measues for after class phisical activities in our college,and provides a practical theory of P.E reform to our college's P.E.
