Based on an analysis of problems facing agricultural technology promoting system, the paper suggests that in order to establish and improve the agricultural technology promoting system in minority nationality districts, efforts have to be exerted to improve the local people's quality, strengthen the construction of agricultural technology promoting service system, establish agricultural information network, adopt preferential policies, adequate the promoting work team, establish a sound operating mechanism, increase the input according to law, develop the "company farmers" promoting mode.
