    摘要:

    探究建筑业企业研发投入对全要素生产率的影响及其机制。选取2014—2023年沪深A股上市的建筑业企业样本,构建固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证检验了建筑业企业中研发投入、技术进步对全要素生产率的影响。结果表明:建筑业企业的研发投入和全要素生产率之间存在显著的相关性,呈“U”型变化趋势;这种相关性受到企业所有权性质的影响;在建筑业企业的研发投入通过影响技术进步促进全要素生产率的提升。在此基础上,对提高建筑业企业全要素生产率,推动建筑业高质量发展提出建议。

    Abstract:

    To explore the impact and mechanism of R&D investment in construction enterprises on total factor productivity. a sample of construction companies, listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2014 to 2023 , was selected. Fixed effect models and mediation effect models were constructed, and the impact of R&D investment and technological progress on total factor productivity in construction companies was empirically tested. There is a significant correlation between R&D investment and total factor productivity of construction enterprises,showing a U-shaped trend. This correlation is influenced by the nature of enterprise ownership, The R&D investment in construction enterprises promotes the improvement of total factor productivity by influencing technological progress. Based on this, suggestions are put forward to improve the total factor productivity of construction enterprises and promote high-quality development of the construction industry.
