    目的 为了明确不同光周期对麦长管蚜(Sitobion avenae)各项生命参数的影响;方法 在不同的光照时间条件下分别建立了麦长管蚜的生命表,光照时间分别设置为4L∶20D、8L∶16D、12L∶12D、14L∶10D、16L∶8D、20L∶4D,通过各项生命参数与不同光照时间拟合方程分析,明确了麦长管蚜的最适光照时间。结果 麦长管蚜的若虫期随着光照时间延长而缩短,光照4 h时若虫期最长(9.26 d),与其他处理相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。光周期为4L∶20D时,麦长管蚜的存活率最低,生殖期(4.73 d)和寿命(14.00 d)最短。光周期为14L:10D时,生殖期(19.24 d)和寿命(31.92 d)最长。光周期4L:20D时的生殖力最低,光周期16L:8D时生殖力最高。光照时间为14和16 h时,麦长管蚜的内禀增长率 (rm) 和周限增长率 (λ) 显著高于4、8、12和20 h,其中14 h时最高(P<0.05)。结论 由生命参数与光周期拟合分析得出麦长管蚜的最适光照时间区间为15~18 h/d,由此推测麦长管蚜最适合生长发育的光照时间为15~18 h/d。

    Abstract:

    Objective To clarify the effects of different photoperiods on various life parameters of the wheat aphid (Sitobion avenae).Method Life tables of the wheat aphid (Sitobion avenae) were established under different light duration conditions, set at 4L∶20D, 8L∶16D, 12L∶12D, 14L∶10D, 16L∶8D, and 20L∶4D. By analyzing the fitting equations of various life parameters with respect to different light durations, the optimal light duration for the wheat aphid was determined.Result The nymphal period of Sitobion avenae decreased with increasing light duration, with the longest nymphal period(9.26 d) observed under a 4-hour photoperiod, significantly longer than under other conditions(P<0.05). At a 4L∶20D photoperiod, the survival rate was the lowest, with the shortest reproductive period(4.73 d) and lifespan(14.00 d). Conversely, at a 14L∶10D photoperiod, the reproductive period(19.24 d) and lifespan(31.92 d) were the longest. The lowest fecundity was observed at a 4L:20D photoperiod, while the highest fecundity was recorded at a 16L∶8D photoperiod. The intrinsic growth rate(rm) and finite growth rate(λ) of Sitobion avenae were significantly higher at 14 and 16 hours of light compared to 4, 8, 12, and 20 hours, with the highest rate at 14 hours (P<0.05).Conclusion Analysis of life parameters and photoperiods indicates that the optimal photoperiod for Sitobion avenae is concentrated around 15 to 18 hours per day. It is inferred that the most suitable light duration for the growth and development of Sitobion avenae is 15 to 18 hours per day.
