    摘要:

    为了有效提升智能建造H型钢焊接焊缝轨迹跟踪结果的准确性,提出一种基于机器视觉的智能建造H型钢焊接焊缝轨迹跟踪方法,通过机器视觉系统采集智能建造H型钢表面图像,采用非局部均值滤波和双边滤波相结合的方法进行降噪处理;对智能建造H型钢表面图像进行纹理分析,提取图像纹理特征,同时利用图像分割法确定焊缝区域;引入Shi-Tomasi算法进行角点检测,经过拟合直线求交点和逐行扫描获取焊缝坡口信息对应的拐点信息,确定焊缝中心,实现智能建造H型钢焊接焊缝轨迹跟踪。通过实际测试分析证明,所提方法可以准确跟踪焊缝轨迹,且具有较强的实时性,可以有效推进智能建造的发展。

    Abstract:

    To effectively improve the accuracy of weld seam trajectory tracking results for H-shaped steel welding in intelligent construction, a weld seam trajectory tracking method for H-shaped steel welding in intelligent construction based on machine vision is proposed. The surface images of H-shaped steel in intelligent construction are collected by a machine vision system and denoised by combining non-local mean filtering and bilateral filtering. Texture analysis is performed on the surface images of H-shaped steel in intelligent construction to extract image texture features. At the same time, the weld area is determined by image segmentation. The Shi-Tomasi algorithm is introduced for corner detection. The inflection point information corresponding to weld groove information is obtained by fitting a straight line to find the intersection point and scanning line by line. The weld center is determined to realize weld seam trajectory tracking for H-shaped steel welding in intelligent construction.Through actual test and analysis, it is proved that the proposed method can accurately track the weld seam trajectory and has strong real-time performance, and it can effectively promote the development of intelligent construction.
