    摘要:

    为推动高校虚拟教研室的健康发展,提升高等教育教学质量,本文在分析高校虚拟教研室概念与特征的基础上,阐述了高校虚拟教研室建设的现状和面临的挑战,并提出了相应的对策建议。研究表明,高校虚拟教研室建设主要面临以下几方面挑战:信息化平台保障不足、教师信息技能欠缺、新形态教学资源匮乏和教育管理有效性不足四个方面。针对以上挑战,本文提出从加强技术赋能、建设智慧平台和建立健全保障机制等层面提出了对策建议。

    Abstract:

    In order to promote the healthy development of virtual teaching and research sections in colleges and universities and improve the quality of higher education and teaching, based on the analyses of the concept and characteristics of virtual teaching and research sections in colleges and universities, this paper elaborates on the current situation and challenges faced by the construction of virtual teaching and research sections in colleges and universities, and proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions. Research shows that the construction of virtual teaching and research sections in colleges and universities mainly faces the following challenges: insufficient guarantee of information platforms, lack of teachers'' information skills, lack of new forms of teaching resources, and insufficient effectiveness of educational management. In response to the above challenges, this paper proposes solutions and suggestions from aspects such as strengthening technology empowerment, building smart platforms and developing and improving security mechanisms.
