In order to make full use of the red revolutionary Gutian Conference Site scenic resources and to rejuvenate the red culture， we analyze the problems of conventional tourism at Gutian Conference Site based on a general review of the situation of Gutian tourist areas， and then try to analyze the approach to integrate culture and tourism by "Gutian Conference Site + red script murder" from the perspective of 4I theory. In view of the current situation of the Gutian tourist site， we put forward some suggestions on red script murder to promote the integration of culture and tourism at Gutian tourist site. Our study will reinforce the unique spiritual， cultural and economic values of red script murder plus Gutian Conference Site， and our suggestions can help to transform red revolutionary scenic spots and to have “red culture” received in heart and soul by people.
