Abstract:To address the issues of insufficient cross-program integration, inadequate cross-discipline capabilities, and a lower awareness of serving the local economy in higher education''s talent cultivation in ethnic regions,That the development of an ICT Modern Industry School to cater to the development of the industrial chain in ethnic regions was proposed. The industry school focuses on industrial upgrading transformation and rural revitalization in ethnic regions, probes approaches to applied talents education in ICT fields, creates a value community of government, industry, academia, research, application and innovation. The development of programs, courses, course-books and teacher corps are promoted through school and enterprise collaboration, through programs integration, and through ideological and political education improvement in courses. The aim is to create ICT micro-programs with distinct regional industrial development characteristics, to strengthen students'' professional competence and capacity for sustainable development, and to provide ICT talent support for the quality service for rural revitalization in ethnic regions.
