Technology empowerment has become an important trend in the innovation and development of martial arts education in colleges， in order to deeply promote the digital transformation and informatization upgrading of martial arts education in colleges. The practical dilemmas of the application of intelligence in martial arts education are systematically sorted out， and development strategies with pertinence， foresight， and practicability are put forward on the theoretical and practical levels， so as to promote the high-quality development of martial arts education in colleges under the assistance of science and technology. Using literature， logical analysis and other methods， the study systematically elaborates on the practical dilemmas and countermeasures of AI technology in the teaching of wushu in colleges. The study concludes that AI technology improves the efficiency and quality of education through digital archives， personalized learning， intelligent devices and biofeedback， and data-driven management. However， it is faced with issues such as data privacy， educational equity， technological dependence， and lack of humanity. It needs to be supported by solid policies， increase regulatory efforts， and adopt encryption， data anonymization and other technical means， build intelligent evaluation， inherit the essence of martial arts culture， and imbibe humanistic care， so as to maximize the technological advantages to resolve the risks. The integration of artificial intelligence and martial arts education in colleges needs to be cautious and scientific， gives full play to its core value， and gradually taps the advantages of teaching applications to promote the intelligent and efficient development of martial arts education in colleges.
