Abstract:Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the teaching mode of entrepreneurship and management course on the basis of team learning has become an important way to cultivate students’innovative thinking and entrepreneurship and to strengthen their learning capacity and teaching effect. Therefore, this paper takes business administration majors as the research object, and empirically studies the internal relationship between team-based learning, dual learning ability and teaching effect of this course. The results show that: (1) Team-based learning is positively correlated with the teaching effect; (2) Team learning is positively correlated with exploratory and exploitative learning capacity; (3) Exploitative learning capacity plays a mediating role between team-based learning and teaching effect, while exploratory learning capacity fails to play a mediating role.
