Abstract:Salt tolerance screening of 160 key sorghum varieties(lines) were performed using 0.15 mol/L NaCl. By measuring the seedling length, root length, fresh seedling quality, fresh root quality, dry seedling quality and dry root quality of these varieties in the germination period, the salt tolerance coefficient analysis, subordinate function value analysis and cluster analysis were used to screen the salt-tolerant sorghum germ plasms. The results showed that the average subordinate function value of each variety(line) ranged from 0.059 to 0.639, among which the numbered five varieties(lines) of 235, 33, 194, 220 and 4 have higher subordinate values and better salt tolerance values under the 0.15 mol/L NaCl stresses, and the poorest salt-tolerant variety is Number 62.
