The reform of financial supply is an important part of the reform of the supply side of the economy. This paper first reviews the relevant literature on financial and economic growth and introduces the current situation of financial development and economic development in Anhui province. Then, it makes an empirical study on the relationship between financial development and economic growth in Anhui province based on the data of Anhui province in the past 1995-2016 years. The scale of financial development and the promotion of financial efficiency can promote the economic development of Anhui province. Finally, the policy suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of Anhui's finance and economy.
