Abstract:Objectives: The influence of martial arts segment system on the participation of college students in class and abroad. Methods: A total of 320 Wushu elective students were selected and divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taught for one year of martial arts teaching system, while the control group for 1 year of martial arts traditional model (to Changquan and Taijiquan-based) teaching, before and after the experiment for all subjects to participate in sports Investigation of Positive Standards Scale. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of students in the class, the participation of the physical activity, the participation of the initiative, participation in the emotions, participation in the understanding and so on(P< 0.05). Conclusion: Wushu segment system has a positive effect on the participation of students in class and outside sports. It is manifested in the significant increase in the participation of students in class and participating in martial arts and other sports activities, participation in the initiative, participation in the emotions, participation in the understanding.
