Abstract:After determined the physical and chemical index of 11 potato varieties in Sichuan Ningnan county, there is a evaluation for its use value. The results show that: Xiapodi, 90 radio, PB06, Feiwuruita, local purple potato and other varieties suitable for dishes with potato; Xiapodi, Hubei potato 5, 90 radio, PB06 and other varieties suitable for the production of potato chips fries ; Hui-2, PB06, Xuan potato 2 and local purple potato suitable for use as a starch processing. The same varieties are difference between different lands, so when determining the varieties we should be based on the potato purposes to select different origin.
