This article investigated the development of aerobics fitness instructor to Fujian province fitness center by using the questionnaire survey procedure, mathematical statistics and so on, based on the present situation, research the social characteristics of aerobics instructor demand, and proposes the aerobics instructor＇s personnel training goal in fitness center of Fujian province.
