Based on the investigation and data collection, using AHP analysis, this paper not only established an evaluation system for animal husbandry development in Liangshan high mountain areas but also used the evaluation system to analyze the contribution of Liangshan agricultural output value, the alpine animal husbandry structure, the technical structure of various industries and a comprehensive development.
