In the blood of Pavlodar goat in Meigu County，serum phosphorus，serum calcium, blood cholesterol and so on, the 10 indexes have been measured. The results show that：the blood cholesterol content in ewe is significantly higher than that in ram（P <0.05），while the other 9 indexes have no significant differences between ewes and rams（P> 0.05）；moreover，blood sugar, phosphorus，calcium，chloride in the blood，total cholesterol and GPT all are higher than the variation range of the measured value in goats at home and abroad.
