The development of science and technology and the progress of society have forced people to think deeply aboutenergy consumption and environmental issues.People from all walks of life have begun to pay attention to "green develop-ment" .Green real estate pojects conform to the strategic goal of China's sustainable development.Firstly ,considering thenational conditions and drawing on the relevant research results at home and abroadl , we select 17 indicators from the fourdimensions of environment , conomy , society and management , and establish a green real estalte project evaluation system.Secondly , using the analytic hierarchy process -fuwny comprehensive evaluation( AHP-FCE)method , we determine theweights of indicators at all levels , and establish a green real estate development evaluation model.Lastly , we verify the feasi-bility of the evaluation system through case analysis and put forward our suggestions on green real estate development.Keywords ; real estate ; fuzzy evaluation method ; project ; improved analytic hierarchy process
