In order to establish a feasible method for monitoring aflatoxin B1 in 'Tartary buckwheat seedls , aflatoxin B1 im-munoaffinity column combined with high performance liquid chromatography is used to determine the content of aflatoxinBl in 'Tartary buckwheat seeds.The standard curve was drawn.The detection limit, and added recovery of the method weredetermined.The results show that the detection limits of the new method is 0.20 ng/mL, the precision is good ,and the aver-age recovery nate was 85.87%.The aflatoxin Bl contents of Tartary buckwheat seeds in different areas of Liangshan Prefec-ture are detected.The results show that the seeds of Tartary buckwheat collected from different areas of Liangshan Prefec-ture do not contain aflatoxin B1.
