      为探究有机肥对水稻产质量的影响,以水稻品种锦优8号为试验材料,设置4个不同施肥处理,分别为T1:春果肥(有机肥)施160kg/667m2;T2:厌氧堆肥(有机肥)施200 kg / 667 m2 ;T3:化肥施用量为(复合肥60kg+尿素25kg)/667m2;T4:不 施用任何肥料,作为对照, 结果表明:(1)3 种不同肥料的施用(T1、T2、T3)对锦优8号在田间农艺性状方面有着较大影响,但在碾米品质方面无较大影响。施用化学肥料(T3)在株高和分蘖上显著高于2种有机肥,但却在穗总粒数、结实率、穗长和千粒重上低于2种有机肥(2)在产量上施用肥春果肥(T1) 和厌氧堆(T2) 与化肥(T3) 相比,虽然产量分别降低了 3.95%和 7.82%ꎬ但差异没有统计学意义。同时由于有机肥对土壤和环境的友好性,因而使用春果肥和厌氧堆肥这2种有机肥,特别是产量更高的春果肥在水稻生产中代替化肥是可行的ꎮ

      In order to explore the effect of organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of riceꎬ Jinyou 8 was used as the exper ̄ imental materialꎬ and four different fertilization treatments were set upꎬ which were T1:spring fruit fertilizer (organic fer ̄ tilizer) 160 kg / 667 m2 ꎻ T2:anaerobic compost (organic fertilizer) 200 kg / 667 m2 ꎻ T3:chemical fertilizer (compound fertilizer 60 kg + urea 25 kg) / 667 m2 ꎻ T4:no fertilizerꎬ as the control. The results showed that:(1) the application of three kinds of fertilizers (T1ꎬ T2ꎬ T3) had a great influence on the field agronomic traits of Jinyou 8ꎬ but had no great in ̄ fluence on the milling qualityꎻ the application of chemical fertilizer (T3) was significantly higher than the two kinds of or ̄ ganic fertilizer in plant height and tillerꎬ but lower than the two kinds of organic fertilizer in total grain number per earꎬ seed setting rateꎬ ear length and 1000 grain weight. (2) Compared with chemical fertilizer ( T3)ꎬ spring fruit fertilizer (T1) and anaerobic compost (T2) decreased yield by 3.95% and 7.82%ꎬ respectivelyꎬ but the difference was not statisti ̄ cally significant. At the same timeꎬ because organic fertilizer is friendly to soil and environmentꎬ it is feasible to use spring fruit fertilizer and anaerobic compostꎬ especially spring fruit fertilizer with higher yieldꎬ to replace chemical fertilizer in rice production.
