    摘要:

    试验旨在优化川西南生态条件下马铃薯原种扩繁技术,通过采用二次正交旋转组合设计,以种植密度(X1)、农家肥(X2)、复合肥(X3)、种薯大小(X4)做决策变量,分别以单株产量、株高、单位面积产量作目标函数,建立各因素与目标函数间的数学模型,研究凉薯97马铃薯原种扩繁优化模式。结果表明:(1)各因素对凉薯97单株产量的影响为:复合肥>种薯大小>种植密度>农家肥;对株高的影响为:农家肥>种薯大小>种植密度>复合肥;对单位面积产量的影响为:种植密度>复合肥>种薯大小>农家肥。(2)试验获得了最高单位面积产量2 405.6 kg/667 m2 和最高单株产量0.55 kg/株。通过模拟寻优获得最高的单株产量0.62 kg/株的因素组合为:种植密度为5 000株/667 m2、农家肥2 250 kg/667 m2,复合肥50 kg/667 m2,种薯大小100 g;获得最高单位面积产量2 489.78kg/667 m2的因素组合为:种植密度5 500株/667 m2、农家肥2 250 kg/667 m2、复合肥50 kg/667 m2、种薯大小80 g。

    Abstract:

    The experiment aims to optimize the propagation technology of potato stock seed under the ecological conditions in southwest Sichuan province. Quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design is used with decision variables of planting density (X1), organic fertilizer (X2), compound fertilizer (X3) and seed potato size (X4), and objective functions of yield per plant, plant height and yield so the mathematical model between each factor and the objective function can be established to develop the high yield cultivation model of Liangshan potato No.97. The results of mathematical model show that:(1) The ranking of different effects of each factor on potato yield per plant is as follows: compound fertilizer > seed potato size > density > organic fertilizer; ranking of the effects on plant height is: organic fertilizer > seed potato size > density > compound fertilizer; that on yield is: density > compound fertilizer > seed potato size > organic fertilizer. (2)The highest yield per unit area is 2 405.6 kg/667 m2 and the highest yield per plant is 0.55 kg/plant. Using DPS (V9.01 edition) to simulate optimization , the highest yield of 0.62 kg/plant is obtained with density 5 000 plants/667 m2, organic fertilizer 2 250 kg /667 m2, compound fertilizer 50 kg/667 m2, seed potato size 100 g; The highest yield of 2 489.78 kg/667 m2 is obtained with density 5 500 plants /667m2, organic fertilizer 2 250 kg/667 m2, compound fertilizer 50 kg/667 m2, and seed potato size 80 g.
