    摘要:

    课堂教学质量是影响学校教育教学水平最直接最关键的因素,关乎着学生在校学习的成效及毕业后的工作能力。教学 诊断与改进是近年来提出的新的话语体系,是保障教育教学质量的重要举措,涉及学校、教师、学生、课程等方面,而课堂教学 质量的诊断与改进对高职院校而言是一种全新的探索。从创建现代质量文化、建立诊断与改进机制、教学评价改革等方面,探 索高职院校课堂教学诊断与改进路径,为准确诊断课堂教学存在的问题,持续改进课堂教学,促进教学改革,提高课堂教学质 量提供新思路。

    Abstract:

    The quality of classroom teaching is the most direct and critical factor of the level of school education and teaching,which is related to the learning effect of students and their performance after graduation. Teaching diagnosis and improvement is a new discourse system in recent years. It is an important measure to ensure the quality of education and teaching, involving schools, teachers, students and courses, etc. The diagnosis and improvement of classroom teaching quality is a new exploration for higher vocational colleges. This article explores the diagnosis and improvement path of classroom teaching from the following aspects: the establishment of modern quality culture, the establishment of diagnosis and improvement mechanism, and the reform of teaching evaluation. Exploring the path of classroom teaching diagnosis and improvement provides new ideas for accurately diagnosing the problems existing in classroom teaching, continuously improving classroom teaching, promoting teaching reform and improving classroom teaching quality.
