Abstract:Through the method of literature review and expert interview, this paper focuses on the analysis of Japan, South Korea, the United States and Germany's concept of youth football training. It is found that Japan and South Korea, as China's neighbors, pay more attention to the culture education of young football players, which not only allows young people to have exquisite football skills, but also to have qualified cultural achievements. As western countries with similar cultures, the United States and Germany attach importance to cultivating teenagers' interest in football, so that they can experience the charm of football in a happy way. Considering youth football training in China, we can get the inspiration from it: (1) to create a rich football culture and to pay attention to the cultivation of young people's interest in football. To establish an effective mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of youth football elite. (3) Campus football should "educate people" and pay attention to improving the cultural literacy of young athletes. Considering youth football training in China, there are some aspects we need to learn from them: (1) to build rich football culture, pay attention to the development of youth football interest cultivating; (2) to establish effective mechanism, ensure the sustainable development of the youth football elites; (3) campus football should be "education-oriented" , focus on improving the cultural literacy of young athletes.
