By the methods of literature study, interview and so on, starting from the basic situation of physical health care courses in colleges and universities, this study carries on the design to the construction of sports health curriculum, trying to applythe research results of this paper to physical health curriculum in colleges and universities, and it hopes that the results has the theoretical reference value in promoting the development of nationwide sports health curriculum construction.
