    摘要:

    科教融合是高校可持续发展的重要理念,将科研与教学统一结合,在于培养学生的科研能力,提高当代大学生的综合素 质水平。以安徽工程大学机械与汽车工程学院教师为调研对象,通过问卷调查的方式,从教学内容、教学方式、人才培养目标 定位3个层面定义科教融合的内容;结合职称级别、学历等级、年龄结构、性别结构,整理、统计调查结果;分析我校教师对“科 教融合”理念认同与实践情况存在差异的原因,并得出我校教师认同“科教融合”理念,能够达到基本实践程度。同时,为促进 高校教师走科研育人之路,创新高校教师教学理念文化,并制定相应的政策引导机制,能够引领更多的高校教师将“科教融合” 的理念认同转化为具体的实践行动。

    Abstract:

    The integration of research and teaching is an important concept for the sustainable development of colleges and universities. The combination of research and teaching is to cultivate students' scientific research ability and improve the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students. This study takes the teachers of School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering of Anhui Polytechnic University as the research object, through the way of questionnaire survey, and defines the content of the integration of research and teaching from three aspects: teaching content, teaching method and the orientation of talent training goal. The results of the investigation are collated and counted combined with title grade, educational level, age structure, gender structure. This paper analyzes the reasons for the differences in the concept identification and practice of integration of research and teaching among teachers, and draws a conclusion: the teachers agree with the concept of integration of research and teaching, and the practice of this concept can reach the basic level of practice. In order to promote college teachers to take the road of scientific research and educating people, to innovate the teaching philosophy culture of university teachers, the policy guidance mechanism has been formulated, which can lead more college teachers to translate the concept identification of integration of research and teaching into concrete practice.
