Air pollution is one of the most serious environmental problems for human beings. Most the international disputes on atmospheric governance focus on the responsibility of the country, but often ignores the ethical responsibility of individuals. Starting from the main causes of air pollution, this paper analyzes the individual's responsibility, what kind of responsibility and how to take the responsibility in air pollution control.
