As an important part of higher education reform, application-oriented or technical personnel training has attracted much attention in recent years. Based on the practice of robot competition in the last ten years, this paper probes into the training mode of applied talents, and puts forward a training mode of computer talents driven by robot competition. Through the implementation of the training mode, it improves the independent innovation and practice ability of students, better realizes the connection between the University and the society and improves the students' employment rate.
