    摘要:

    目前高速印刷机印刷产品质量检测问题一直存在,为解决印刷质量在开机运行状态下自动检测速度与精度问题,提出了 一种基于计算机智能图像处理的优化解决方案,核心是引入高鲁棒性遗传算法,从提高计算机图像比对算法本身解决在线检 测速度和精度问题,特别注意针对印刷行业普遍存在的印刷质量问题特点,创建基于遗传算法的印刷质量检测算法、建立适应 印刷机的在线质量检测系统,并实现算法与实际应用的结合,尤其是与面阵CCD传感器的结合使用,为传统印刷企业提供可 行的一整套在线监测解决方案及实验设备,提高印刷质量检测效率和质量,达到国内领先水平,并降低劳动成本

    Abstract:

    At present, the quality of inspection of high-speed printing presses has always not been good enough. In order to solve the problems of speed and accuracy of automatic detection of printing quality in the running state, this paper is proposed to put forward an optimization solution based on computer intelligent image processing, the core of which is the introduction of high robustness genetic algorithms to solve the problem of speed and accuracy of online detection from the aspect of improving the computer image alignment algorithm itself. Special attention is paid to printing quality problems prevalent in the printing industry and the online printing quality detection algorithm based on genetic algorithm is established to realize the combination of algorithms and practical applications, especially the combination of CCD sensors, to provide a complete set of online monitoring solutions and experimental equipment for the traditional printing to improve the quality of printing, testing efficiency and quality to reach the leading level in China, and reduce labor costs
