Based on the characteristics of MOOC and students' learning features in ethnic minority areas, taking the students of Xichang College as the research object, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the autonomic learning model and constructs the students' autonomic learning model of Liangshan Yi prefecture based on MOOC, taking Modern Educational Technology as an example, and analyzes the possible shortcomings of the autonomic learning model on MOOC.
