Gongbu whistling arrow is an ancient and special folk traditional sports culture symbol. This paper uses the methods of literature, interview and logic analysis to carry out field investigation on the intangible cultural heritage "Gongzhu Arrow". And this paper explores the dilemma of cultural workers in the context of social development: crisis of cultural value alienation, imbalance of gender participation, opportunities and worries of transformation integration and other issues. And protection path of Gongbu whistling arrow, which is the intangible cultural heritage, is put forward: government leading is the fundamental to strengthen the traditional sports heritage; diversified approach is the guarantee to strengthen the traditional sports heritage; cultural census is the necessary conditions to consolidate the traditional sports cultural heritage.
