Abstract:For location of the rural express delivery center, a mixed integer programming model was proposed to provide the most possible service as the objective function. The model includes constraints such as facility radiation range, facility construction quantity, service capacity limit and non-repetitive service. Taking into account the uncertainty of the mode of transport, the distance between cities was defined based on the latitude, longitude and triangle theory. The corresponding branch and bound algorithm is designed to solve the established model, which is solved by Lingo. The computational results of the illustrative example show that the model and algorithm are more effective.
