In this paper, the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco are studied. The agronomic characters, chemical compositions and economic characters of the tested materials are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the application of the bio-organic fertilizer can improve tobacco resistance, reduce the incidence of type, effectively alleviate the condition, and disease resistance shows significant differences. The yield of flue-cured tobacco increased to 10.44 kg/667m2 , and the output value increased to 462.51 RMB/667m2 . The main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco are balanced, tobacco quality improved, and economic benefits increased.
