    摘要:浙江省是华东地区首个举办省级师范生技能竞赛的省份,对其已经举办的10届比赛规程进行比较分析,主要从参赛人 员、比赛分组与比赛项目3方面入手探究。根据其变化趋势对师范生技能竞赛的赛程与效应提出思考与建议:扩大参赛人员 范围,对各个学段的师资培养都应给予足够关注;根据实际教学需要,改进比赛项目设置;普及信息技术应用,多媒体设计应全 科化;持续发挥比赛效应,以赛促学、以赛促教

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Zhejiang province in East China is the first province held the provincial normal students skills competition, the ten game of the rules has been organized by the comparative analysis, mainly from the contestants, and sport game grouping of the three aspects of. According to the thoughts and suggestions of the trend of the race and the effect of normal students skills competition: expand the participating personnel category, for each segment of the training of teachers should be given enough attention; according to the actual needs of teaching, improve the competition project settings; popularization and application of information technology, multimedia design should be general; continue to play the game effect. The race to promote learning to promote teaching.
