Abstract: At present, part-time job for college students are becoming more and more popular, and the contradiction between part-time jobs and lack of supervision and management in Colleges and universities is becoming serious. This paper attempts to put forward Four in One supervision and management series of countermeasures by using AHP mathematical model of a comprehensive comparison, judgment and analysis, to put forward the optimal management scheme to improve college students' social practice and innovation ability.
