Abstract: For the district open to traffic impact problem, using AHP and multi objective bi level programming, genetic algorithms and other methods, the index system and evaluation model of Multiobjective bilevel programming models were established, and the construction of the different types of cell, the integrated use of LINGO and MATLAB software, we can get the cell opening traffic density road traffic, saturation and other indicators have an impact on the road, different effects and different types of small opening on the surrounding road traffic, thus puts forward relevant suggestions to city planning and traffic management department
