Through an analysis of the Tibetan culture and the problems in the development of Tibetan culture tourism, the paper proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the tourism development of Tibetan culture. The author hold the view that the idea of product, cultivation and conduction of a developed markets, strengthened management mechanism，enriched structures of tourism product, can be imperative for keeping the rapid and sustainable tourism development of Tibetan culture
