Normal students' core competence is teaching ability.The paper constructed the innovation training platform which was guidance of advanced building concept in MOOC environments, combined with flipped classroom teaching experience, based on "The ministry of education opinions about outstanding teacher training plan",the platform included MOOC module,teaching module, practical innovations module. Three modules formed spiral rising closed-circulation's operational mechanism.The platform can arouse the enthusiasm of normal students' autonomous learning, strengthen normal students'practical ability and creativity, develop normal students' teaching ability in the new period, provide the reference for exploring the proper way of training new professional teachers.
