By the literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, Anhui university professional group basketball coaches are studied. The result shows: the coaching of Anhui colleges professional group coaches overall is limited, although coaches, age structure is relatively reasonable, relatively high education levels and titles but low degree of full-time coaches, the relative lack of combat experience, the selection of coaches is too simple, the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the coaches are not perfect and the job training opportunities are few.
