To examine the relationship between self-control and psychological pressure of college student, college student self-control questionnaire and college student psychological pressure questionnaire by adopting to investigate 200 college students in Anhui Normal University, the conclusions are: in college student self-control dimensions, the gender differences are mainly express in the dimension of intellectual action, the grade differences are mainly express in the dimension of concentrated work; in college psychological pressure dimensions, gender differences are mainly express in the dimension of personal annoyance and learn annoyance, but the grade do not reach the significant differences. College students' self control is positively related to psychological stress
