Abstract:Based on the questionnaire survey on tourists for their consuming behavior changes after the promulgating of The Tourism Law, this article focus on the response of market to the promulgating of The Tourism Law during golden week, which can provide scientific suggestion for government. Results show that the tourists in golden week know little about The Tourism Law, and they have no confidence to it; the difference for tipping between The Tourism Law and the tourists exist. This article provides suggestions to enhancing the popularization of The Tourism Law and regulating and putting detail plans for its explanation.
