In this article,we used methods of factor analysis,description analysis,algorithm traverses and built model of factor analysis,algorithms flowcharts.We discussed and studied a mumber of issues,such as the main factors affecting taxi supply-demand match, spatio-temporal distribution regularities for taxi matching degree of supply and demand, the subsidized programmes can ease the difficulty of taking a taxi or not.We used SPSS,EXCEL software and a combination of qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the problems.
