There are always some problems existing in project quality control. On the one hand we always don＇t understand the basic problem in project quality control correctly, on the other hand the project managment is not so scientific, and lack of strictly control over quality control. The quality of project quality control depends on the quality of its various components in the process of the project. Therefore, project quality control should be existing in the whole process of the constrction of public cultural facilities projects. Combining the theory with methodology of project quality control, and guided by the theory of quality management and demonstration by the municipal library project of Bozhou City. The author verifies the basic mode of the project quality control process based on research and analysis.
