Efficient development of the library cause cannot do without librarians，and librarians in addition to the requirements of the quality，also need to occupation well-being. Because the occupation well-being directly affects the Librarians' physical and mental health and work efficiency. This paper mainly discusses the librarians lack of occupation happiness and promotion way，as well as the librarian occupation well-being effects on service psychology.
