The development of country tourism has been rising promptly since 2000. Although many country tourism projects have been constructed in different areas，the current development mode of country tourism can not meet the needs in new era. Therefore, from the view of industrial chain and the analysis on dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development，we are proposing a new development mode——multi-industry linkage development mode of country tourism. The new mode is based on the analysis of existing tourism resource and market in Shuiji town, and the integration and optimization of industrial elements in and between different areas，aiming to consolidate the foundation of country tourism development and to promote the further economic development of country tourism in Shuiji town.
