P.E. is an effective means for realizing quality-oriented education at higher vocational colleges. However,the long-standing teaching practice finds that P.E has always been conducted in the traditional teaching format which fails to stimulate students’initiatives and potential and impedes the realization of quality-oriented education. Through the examples of experiential teaching situations,this paper attempts to innovate aerobics teaching,and to design experiments for it,hoping to set a good example for building the human-oriented teaching philosophy and for innovating aerobics teaching among higher vocational colleges.
