This paper analysis and study on the data of 2010 Third National Physique Monitoring of college students of Yi nationality by using the methods of documentation questionnaire method，the test method，interview and mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to explore the relationship of the living habits and physical health condition of college students of Yi Nationality，and provide a scientific basis for the future“Health First”as the guiding ideology of school physical education reform.
